Experience: Freshers welcome (candidates must have cleared UPSC Mains at least once in the last 4 years)

Stipend: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Conversion Opportunity: Based on performance, this internship is convertible to a full-time role after 3 months of successful internship.

Commitment: 3 months, Full-time, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• You will be at the forefront of SuperKalam and maintaining student relations via different channels as UPSC mentor.
• You will be the first POC of any queries raised by the students ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• You will also maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns and provide updated information to students.
• Identify recurring student issues and suggest improvements for the platform and communication processes.

Qualifications:

• Must have successfully cleared the UPSC Mains at least once within the last four years.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in both English and Hindi.
• Empathy towards UPSC aspirants, with a genuine interest in aiding their exam preparation journey.
• Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Office & WhatsApp.
